FROM PROFESSIONAL TO ENTREPRENEUR
Nash always has a passion for growth and entrepreneurship. He left the corporate world to embark on his first entrepreneurial journey. He joined SBB Mutual as a Unit Trust Consultant and within 3 months, moved to senior Consultant. He then joined Public Mutual Berhad and quickly grew his agency to a strong 140 team, became one of the fastest growing agencies with Assets Under Management of over RM100 million in a few short years.
During 2007, 2008, 2009, his business was awarded 3-years back-to-back business awards, from ActionCoach International, a business coaching firm.
In 2013, upon leaving Apprentice Asia, he started a training business focusing on sales and leadership. AirAsia X was one of their first clients. He was also involved in a few other businesses including “SF by SazzyFalak” fashion brand, where one of their highest achievements was being invited to feature at New York Fashion Week.
PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
From 2004 and beyond, Nash started his journey of Personal & Professional Growth. Being a sponge of a learner, he invested hundreds of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars into Mindset and Business Education. (could probably be half a million ringgit to date)
After Asiaworks, a fully experiential and transformational program, he joined business seminars from the world's largest training company, Success Resources, and later became an Assistant Trainer under author and creator of Millionaire Minds Intensive program, T. Harv Eker , where he traveled all over, to train entrepreneurs from Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Malaysia.
Nash was also a student and trainee of the world famous business program: “Money & You”, that included graduates from the likes of Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, T. Harv Eker, Blair Singer, Mark Victor Hansen. Nash has never stopped learning and immerses himself in many other personal & professional growth programs.
Miracles of Capital, aside from Advanced Business Course, he opines, are the ultimate business programs, that all entrepreneurs who wish to know how to create real wealth from their business, and for others that they care including their employees, must attend, without a doubt.
Nash believes that all the above are well worth the investment, and have helped shape his mindset and into becoming a heart-centred entrepreneur.
TURNING POINT
In 2016, at a time where he was experiencing personal turmoil, Nash stumbled upon a news article where his friend’s company, iProperty Ltd, founded by Patrick Grove, who listed the company at ASX Australian Stock Exchange, was bought over by Media Mogul and Billionaire Rupert Murdoch, for USD 500 million.
Nash was shocked with the news, especially as Patrick, who holds 20% of iProperty, said “I've got USD 100 million in my pocket”. A meeting ensued, and Nash learnt something that he thought was a miracle, (not logical) how to build a business exponentially, as opposed to organically, through the world of “capital mechanism”. It became one of the turning points in his life.
Noticing that many entrepreneurs struggle to build a sustainable and lasting business, himself included, he noticed that successful entrepreneurs always have an “endgame” with their business. Similar to the world of investing, where there is an exit strategy, all businesses have one of 3 endings; to Sell (to another party), or to list on the stock exchange (IPO), or to just Close it down.
That was the start of his journey of understanding how “real businesses are born and outlasts its founders”. One that is bigger than self, from start to IPO.
Hence, together with a few others, they co-founded a company that Nash later renamed “Precession Capital”
